PORTSTEWART FESTIVAL 1ST TO 4TH MAY
DAY 1 U/9yrs
Eva Kelly won The Championship, she also won the Reel and the Jig classes.
Nadia Pritchard was 2nd in the Championship, Amy Symington was 3rd, Kirsten Tea was 4th, and Mila McGowan and Rebekah Mullan 5th.
The School also won the couples, 3 hand and Team Dance classes.
In the Under 7yrs Lucy King won the reel and was awarded the Most Promising dancer award.
GREAT DAY GIRLS AND BOYS
DAY 2 9/11YRS
Sarah Todd won the Juvenile Championship, this was Sarahs first Championship Sarah also won the light jig class.
Chloe Glasgow was 3rd in the Championship and also won the single class. Rebekah Dunbar was 6th in the Championship and won top 3 places in the day.
Sophie Price won the reel npw
The school won the couples class Sarah and Rebekah and The Fox Chase won the Team Dance class.
FANTASTIC DAY GIRLS EVERYONE OF YOU
DAY 3 11/13YRS
Katy Gault was 2nd in the Championship and won top 3 places in solo dancing during the day.
Lucy Murphy was 4th in the Championship and won places also.
Kami Galway was 4th in the Championship and won top 3 places during the day.
The school won the couples and 3 hand classes
13/15yrs
Karri Galway was 4th in the Championship and won top 3 places in the solo classes.
The school was 2nd in the couples
WELL DONE
15/17yrs
Lauren Young won the 15/17yrs Championship. Lauren also won the treble jig class.

SENIOR
The school had no solo dance competitors but instead had pupils in the Team Dance competitions. The Cross Reel and The Warrior Queen both won 1st place in the Standard and Original Team Dance classes.

DAY 1
9/10yrs. Chloe Glasgow was 3rd in the Championship, she also won the reel and single jig classes. Zahra Carmichael and Hannah Mullan also won places.
10/11yrs. Olivia Baker was 3rd in the Championship, Sarah Todd was 5th and Rebekah Dunbar 7th. The girls also won places in the solo classes during the day. The school was 2nd in both couples and 3 hand classes in these age groups. Olivia Baker won the most pleasing award for her performance of The Warrior Queen.
15/17yrs
Lauren Young was 3rd in the Championship as well as winning places in the solo classes. Lauren also won the most pleasing award in this age group
DAY 2
U/7yrs. Lucy King won both the Reel and Light Jig classes..
DAY 3
8/9yrs. Amy Symington was 4th in the Championship and Eva Kelly was 6th. Both Amy and Eva won places during the day in the solo classes.
11/12yrs. Katy Gault was 2nd in the Championship and Emily Brown was 6th. Katy, Claudia, Emily and Ellen won places during the day.
Katy Gault won the adjudicators choice award throughout the entire festival. Congratulations Katy as this is a great award to win as a 12 year old :)
